While at the baby naming ceremony for Adam and Sarah’s new child, Todd gets pummeled with questions about why he isn’t married. Under pressure, he ends up coming out in front of everyone during his toast. Todd told Adam about his sexuality in confidence back in college, and Adam has never told anyone. Sarah understands why Adam had to keep the secret, but isn’t very happy about being misled for so long – and is now a little worried that Adam might be gay too. With Todd feeling liberated and Adam feeling uninspired by changing diapers all day, they decide to get back into performing stand-up together.
